Ordering

To place an order simply find the product or products that you wish to purchase, enter the quantities you require and click the 'Add to Basket' button. Repeat this for all the products you require. At any point you can click the 'View Basket' button to see the contents of your shopping basket. When you are ready to place your order you will need to log in or register (a very quick process) and then follow the on screen instructions which will guide you through the checkout process. See the 'Payment Methods' section below for information on payment methods. If you have any special instructions you can add them to your order at this stage.

Pack Sizes

Most products are available in at least two pack sizes. For example, you can choose to buy 20 individual packs of 100 cups or buy a single pack of 2000 cups. Its up to you to choose the size that is easiest for you to store or distribute. Some customers have queried why larger pack sizes do not have lower per-unit prices, the answer is simple: We have already purchased the items in massive quanities and applied the savings across all our pack sizes. Regardless of your order size please be assured you are getting the best possible price.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Electron, JCB and Diners card. A secure area of the site is used for taking payment details and is protected by 256-bit SSL connection utilising a GeoTrust certification. Your card details are not stored on our systems at any point in the payment process.

Alternatively you can print off a pre-completed order form when you have added all your products to the shopping basket and send it to us with a cheque or bank transfer.

We are also willing to arrange account facilities for customers once we've got to know each other. Please contact us for more information.

 

Delivery

Delivery is charged at cost. We have shopped around to find the most reliable service and the best possible price. Deliveries up to 25kgs will be charged at the minimum delivery charge of £6.95 per box for our standard delivery service. Products are normally received within 1-3 days. See the summary below for detailed shipping prices.

The number of boxes dispatched is determined by weight and volume. A box can hold up to 25kg (including packaging) and has the following dimensions: 63cm x 61cm x 77cm (H x W x L). This means you always pay the lowest possible price for delivery.

For deliveries over a single box capacity your order will accumulate an additional delivery cost of £6.95 per box. Alternatively for large orders, pallet quantities can also be handled and can be quoted on request. Please call before ordering.

We take every care to supply what you ordered. If we make a mistake then we will do everything we can to rectify the problem as quickly as we can.

All of the stock supplied by cateringbasics.net is from high quality European sources, accredited to the highest standards – BRC, ISO9000. Our prices are low simply because of the volumes we buy not because we buy and supply cheap imported products.
